It is best to media-blast the entire body if possible, especially the welded areas. The body "rotor" makes this job easy.
A small inexpensive quart-size blaster can also be used with the body still on the frame.

|
|
Two coats of POR-15 and one coat of POR-15 "Top-Coat" will protect the repaired floor from any future rust.
The repaired floor has new metal and no filler or fiberglass "junk" was needed.
